Before beginning my journey into massage therapy, I spent several decades working in schools and office environments. During that time, I saw first-hand how the demands of work and everyday life can take a toll on both our bodies and our wellbeing.
Making the decision to retrain as an upper body massage therapist has been a truly life-changing step. My goal is to help people ease physical tension, reduce stress, and enjoy a greater sense of relaxation and balance. Whether you're dealing with aching muscles, workplace strain, or simply need time to unwind, I'm committed to providing a welcoming, professional treatment tailored to your individual needs.
